READ BEFORE TRANSACTING
1. Strictly no cancellations. ₱100 cancellation fee to avoid joy reservers.
2. Late payment fee of ₱50 pesos per day. if still unpaid after 3 days, your order will be resold and no refunds will be given. same goes for unpaid isf. please take note of the DOPs. NO PAYMENT = NOT SECURED
3. All payments made are non-refundable unless I failed to secure the item/s.
4. Please be patient if the items are pre-order unless stated that it is on-hand. the eta is just a time frame once the items are shipped out from country of origin. There could be delays in case of unforeseen events.
5. all orders are shipped to ph under sfeta or feta.
6. for feta via ems, any fees (e.g. tax) incurred in Philippines will be paid by the customer.
7. estimated arrival to ph after departure from country of origin:
FETA : 1-2 weeks
SFETA : 2-3 weeks
8. I will not be liable for any damage / loss incurred during shipment. rest assured that your orders are packed securely.
9. for complaints, uncut unboxing video is required.
10. I will regularly post updates on X @myprincessnana under the #lilyups . I’ll also update the master list from time to time.
11. Once item/s are onhand, I can only keep them for 30 days. once it exceeds the 30 days, I will put them up for claims and you will not be entitled for a refund. If you wish to extend this and wait for your other items to arrive, do not hesitate to send me a dm.
12. For stbo items, PF and LSF will be accumulated once items are onhand.
